HELLO EVERYONE, MY BICHON NEEDS HELP!!! PLS READ

I bought a lovely Male bichon frise who is nearly 7 months old (I named him Teddy Bear, Teddy for short!!);-)from a lady i met online, she gave me all his papers and everything, but now that i have brought him home, he pees everywhere, really fussy with his food, only wants to eat what i eat, and another thing i noticed, was the fact he is not used to being on a lead, the previous owners obviously did not take care him of him very well, as he has had no training of any kind, he is really scared being on the lead, and if i try and walk with him on the lead, he just lies down and i have drag him, which makes me feel so bad.

He does not know any basic commands and i'm worried as he is already nearly 7 months that he will never listen to me , have i lost him already?....

If anyone has any have any sugestions or helpful training tips i would be really greatful!!

it sounds like you have a puppy farm dog i own two of these types of dog it will be like starting from scrathch with a puppy it took us a yr to get ours to walk on a lead i use to take her out in a pet stroller or back pack to help her get use to traffic ect and took her to park and socilized more and try to take her out with other dog to show him the ropes it takes time but will be worth it
